東電が除染費用の支払いを拒否、404億円請求も支払ったのは67億円のみ

東京電力が除染事業の大半の項目について費用の支払いに応じない考えを２月時点で国に明確に伝えていたことが環境省への情報公開請求で得た文書でわかった。国はこれを公表せず、支払い拒否を黙認しているという
