リコーの「追い出し部屋」、退職拒否者への出向命令は無効

追い出す目的で子会社に出向させられ、畑違いの業務を命じられたとして、事務機器大手リコー（東京）の社員２人が出向命令の無効を訴えた裁判で、東京地裁は１２日、出向先で働く義務がないことを確認する、原告勝訴の判決を言い渡した。
